The package is ₹5,500 online or ₹6,000 in person. It includes the ₹3,000 structured ADHD assessment tool, clinician review, one clinical consultation of up to 30 minutes, and a written clinical assessment report. Help completing the questionnaire and discussion of practical non-medication strategies are included. Further consultations, including appointments needed to complete the assessment, are charged separately. Ongoing therapy, medicines and investigations are also separate; any additional care and fees are explained before you book.

Your clinical assessment report records the findings and the clinician’s conclusion. It is not automatically provisional. Where the assessment establishes ADHD, the report documents that diagnosis. Where a completed assessment does not support ADHD, it explains the findings and recommended next steps. If information is still insufficient, the report clearly describes the uncertainty and what is needed to reach a conclusion.

Sometimes childhood history needs clarification, information from different sources needs to be reconciled, or another condition needs assessment. Sleep problems, anxiety, depression and some physical health conditions can affect attention and can also occur alongside ADHD. Dr Garg will explain what needs further attention and why.

Allow approximately 22–30 minutes for the questionnaire. Your private link is valid for up to seven days; the clinic will confirm your completion deadline when sending it. You can pause and resume on the same private device before access expires. The included clinical consultation is a separate appointment of up to 30 minutes. Contact the clinic if you need help with the access deadline.

Bring examples of current difficulties, a list of medicines and any previous relevant assessments. School reports or information from someone who knew you in childhood can be helpful where available. With your consent, information from someone who knows you well may help clarify the history. Let the clinic know if these sources are unavailable.

After payment is checked and suitability is confirmed, the clinic sends your private questionnaire link, usually the same day. Contact the clinic if it has not arrived by the next working day. You complete the questionnaire and attend the clinical consultation; your written report follows the consultation. Ask about appointment availability and report timing before paying if you have a deadline.

Help completing the questionnaire is included at no additional charge. You can ask to complete it with the clinician instead. Message the clinic so suitable time can be arranged.

This assessment pathway is designed for adults. For a child or teenager, contact the clinic before paying so an age-appropriate appointment and parent or school input can be arranged.

If you are already under Dr Shaurya Garg’s care, contact the clinic first. Assessment access is issued within ongoing care at no extra cost. Regular consultations or follow-ups remain separate; buy this new-patient package only if the clinic advises it.

Medication decisions depend on the clinical assessment and relevant safety checks. Stimulant medication such as methylphenidate cannot be prescribed by teleconsultation in India. If an in-person treatment visit is needed, the clinic will explain this. The assessment fee does not guarantee a prescription.
