The aim is a clear diagnosis, or a clear plan for reaching one, before any treatment is suggested.
The diagnosis and every reasonable option are discussed openly before any prescription is written. Consultations happen in a private consulting room and are scheduled by appointment, so waiting is minimal. Choosing between the two
The same clinician conducts every consultation, online and in person, with the same records and the same standard of assessment, so care can move between the two as your situation needs. In person suits those who prefer to meet face to face, or where an in-person examination is clinically needed.
