Each consultation is booked as an appointment of the length shown, and the fee is for that appointment; some consultations, particularly follow-ups, finish sooner. The same clinician conducts every consultation, online and in person. No separate registration or report fee for a standard consultation.

A separate assessment package
Adult ADHD assessment, report & consultation
The adult ADHD assessment package is ₹6,000 in person in New Delhi or ₹5,500 online across India. This includes structured assessment, clinician review, a 30-minute consultation and a written assessment report. The consultation includes discussion of the findings and practical non-medication strategies where appropriate. Further consultations and medicines, if needed, are separate; the package does not guarantee a diagnosis or prescription.
Assessment access for current patients is issued within ongoing care at no extra cost. Contact the clinic first; regular consultation fees still apply.

works
Psychiatric treatment usually involves follow-up. Early in treatment, a review is often advised within a few weeks to check response and tolerability, after which visits are spaced out as things stabilise. Follow-up consultations are charged at the same rate as an initial consultation.
Where continuing medication review alone is not the right path, and structured psychotherapy would help more, that is said clearly and an appropriate referral can be recommended. The aim of follow-up is to adjust the plan to what is actually working, not to extend visits unnecessarily.

What are the Sunday online consultation fees?

Is an online consultation as thorough as an in-person one?
For most concerns, an online consultation allows a full history, assessment and planning, and is as thorough for those situations. Some presentations need in-person examination, and where that is the case it is said clearly. Video consultation is not for emergencies.
Do I pay before or after booking?
Choose your session on the consultation page and pay securely through Razorpay or the direct UPI option. Share booking details so the clinic can match the payment. The appointment is confirmed when the clinic replies with a time; check availability first if you need a specific date.
Can I book a longer session?
Yes. A 60-minute online consultation is ₹4,000 Monday to Saturday or ₹7,000 on Sunday. Mon–Sat extensions are ₹1,250 per additional 15 minutes, subject to availability and agreement. For Sunday sessions, choose the duration in advance and discuss any additional time with the clinic.
Is medication always prescribed?
No. A prescription is given only when it is clinically indicated. Many people are helped by therapy, lifestyle changes, or a combination, and all reasonable options are discussed rather than defaulting to medication.
What if I need documents, certificates or reports?
Where clinically appropriate, necessary documentation is provided as part of care. If a specific report requires additional time to prepare, that is discussed with you beforehand.
Is the follow-up fee different from the first consultation?
No. Follow-up consultations are charged at the same rate as an initial consultation, whether online or in person.
Can I claim psychiatric treatment under insurance or Section 80DDB?
