Choose the format

A useful fit for the time and the room.

Duration, language, delivery mode and location are agreed during the brief. Dr. Garg is based in New Delhi; include your city or preferred online platform when enquiring.

A focused talk

One clear theme for an awareness event, all-hands meeting or leadership gathering. Key ideas and practical examples, with the depth matched to the time available.

Conversation & Q&A

A structured introduction followed by moderated questions. Agree in advance how questions will be collected and how personal concerns will be handled.

An interactive workshop

More room for fictional cases, guided discussion and practising responses. Suitable when the aim is to work through situations together.

For organisers

Common planning questions

Can the session be adapted for managers or leadership teams?

Yes. The same broad topic can be approached differently for employees, first-time managers, HR professionals or senior leaders. Include the audience and the situations you want to explore in your enquiry.

Can we arrange an online or in-person session?

Both formats can be discussed. Please share your city or online platform, preferred date, audience size and available time. Availability and any travel arrangements are confirmed during the brief.

What is the speaking or workshop fee?

A proposal is prepared after reviewing the topic, duration, audience, delivery format and travel requirements. Enquire with your brief to discuss the scope and fee.

Will employees be asked to share personal experiences?

Personal disclosure is not required. Participation can use fictional examples and general questions. Please keep individual employee health information out of the organiser's brief and public discussion.

Is this therapy or an employee assessment?

These are educational sessions. They do not diagnose employees, provide individual treatment, certify fitness for work or replace an employee assistance programme. Individual clinical care follows a separate consultation process.

Plan a corporate session

Please include your preferred duration, language and city or online platform. An initial enquiry does not confirm a booking.
